Logistics Management Support

Our Logistics practice provides interaction, integration, and infrastructure services. The objective of the practice is to build an integrated environment that can connect legacy systems with emerging technologies to better manage and route logistical transactions. We define requirements, perform a fit-gap analysis, then demonstrate and document recommended and alternative solutions. As the implementation proceeds, milestone review support is also provided to assure objectives are fully met.

Budget Planning / Financial Management

PSS provides Program Management and technical support services include business process analysis, technical analysis, processing, and maintenance of programmatic information for programs and associated contracts; cost, schedule and technical risk assessments; financial management support; earned value management; system performance analysis; system test and evaluation support; integrated logistics support; configuration management support; and ISO 9001:2000 and CMMI level 2 and 3 standard procedures.

PM Support

PSS provides Program/Project Management and Shipboard Installation and Industrial Technical Support Services to Alteration Installation Teams (AITs) performing work aboard United States Naval vessels. These management and execution services support AIT project implementation in such areas as business process analysis, technical analysis, processing, and maintenance of programmatic information for programs and associated contracts; cost, schedule and technical risk assessments; financial management support; earned value management; and system performance analysis.  PSS provides management and technical support services for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) AN/SPN-35 C Installations; the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Crane Division (NSWC Crane) Ship Protection Systems aboard DDG 58, 75 and 79; and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) (Flag/Intel spaces aboard the USS GEORGE H.W. BUSH (CVN-77).

PMO Support

PSS provides program management support including integration of data from programmatic, engineering, test and evaluation, configuration and data management, and logistics functions. PSS analyzes programmatic data to report project status, critical project milestones, budgetary constraints, schedules, technical requirements, and long range plans. PSS performed a Fit-Gap Analysis between the DRMS disposal and business processes and the DLA IT Re-engineering initiatives –Business Systems Modernization (BSM), Enterprise Data Center (EDC), Integrated Data Environment (IDE), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other COTS software involving SAP. Currently, PSS provides strategic and tactical program office support in areas such as: Market Surveys and COTS assessments, SAP Expertise and Training, Enterprise Architecture Support, and DoD Acquisition Lifecycle Framework Support.
